Breakfast was AMAZING!!! They offered many choices.
The parking fee was excessive. I was charged €30 per day for parking on the hotel. There were no other parking options available.

The pool and steam rooms were quite nice. I thought the shuttle service to the gondolas was handy, as was the ski cellar.
Check-in was terribly delayed. I waited until almost 5 PM because of a shortage of cleaning staff. This is UNACCEPTABLE for such an expensive place!!! the hotel charged €30 extra per day for parking. It seemed like a cheeky way to rip me off.
